Ah! I've just discovered this site through Christ in the Mountains. I've already found some great new links; thank you !
And, I'll be reading more to understand the guidelines and how the judging works.

I plan to probably start the submitting for next year in Nov-December time frame. Judging is purely by force of numbers. If someone submits a site and most people vote for it, it wins.
I'm far too biased to pretend to judge fairly if it came to a "panel of judges." :)
